Getting FD60 fire doors fitted in Surrey
Our Surrey service covers FD60 fire doors for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Woking, Guildford and Esher.
Regulations for FD60 fire doors in Surrey
In Surrey, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Surrey
Our guide for FD60 fire doors is £1,050–£1,650 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Surrey are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
