Certified commercial fire doors for Surrey
Across Surrey we handle commercial fire doors for single doors and whole-building programmes alike — survey, fixed quote, certified doorsets and careful installation.
What the law says in Surrey
In Surrey, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Surrey
Budget around £850 to £1,500 per single doorset for commercial fire doors supplied and fitted in Surrey, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.

Do you cover the whole of Surrey?
