Certified acoustic fire doors for Devon
We supply and fit acoustic fire doors across Devon, including Plymouth, Exeter and Paignton. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
Which rules apply in Devon?
In Devon, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do acoustic fire doors cost in Devon?
Guide prices for acoustic fire doors in Devon run from about £1,100 to £2,000 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
