Acoustic fire doors in Bideford

Certified acoustic fire doors for Bideford

For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Bideford, we provide acoustic fire doorsets with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.

Bideford is about 45 miles from Plymouth. Wherever your building is in EX39, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.

Which rules apply in Bideford?

Because Bideford is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

What do acoustic fire doors cost in Bideford?

Guide prices for acoustic fire doors in Bideford run from about £1,100 to £2,000 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.

Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
