Our Shropshire supply and fit service
Throughout Shropshire, including Telford, Shrewsbury and Wellington, we survey, quote and fit fire-rated riser and service cupboard doors as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Which rules apply in Shropshire?
In Shropshire, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of riser cupboard fire doors in Shropshire
Our guide price for riser cupboard fire doors in Shropshire is £550 to £950 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
