Riser cupboard fire doors in Cheshire: how we work
Across Cheshire we handle riser cupboard fire doors for single doors and whole-building programmes alike — survey, fixed quote, certified doorsets and careful installation.
Fire door rules in Cheshire
Because Cheshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Cheshire
Expect roughly £550–£950 per single doorset for riser cupboard fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Cheshire quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
