Certified FD60 fire doors for Warwickshire
Our Warwickshire service covers FD60 fire doors for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Nuneaton, Rugby and Leamington Spa.
What the law says in Warwickshire
In Warwickshire, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Guide prices in Warwickshire
Guide prices for FD60 fire doors in Warwickshire run from about £1,050 to £1,650 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.

FD60 fire doors in Warwickshire: questions
Which rules apply in Warwickshire?
Doors are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Do you cover the whole of Warwickshire?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD60 fire doors across Warwickshire, including Nuneaton, Rugby and Leamington Spa.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Can I use an FD60 door where FD30 is required?
Yes — a higher rating meets a lower requirement — but it is heavier and dearer, so we only recommend it where the location calls for it or you want a margin.
