Our Warwickshire supply and fit service
Across Warwickshire we handle fire rated glazed screens for single doors and whole-building programmes alike — survey, fixed quote, certified doorsets and careful installation.
Fire door rules in Warwickshire
Because Warwickshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Warwickshire
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Warwickshire run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
Where fire rated glazed screens are needed
