Our West Sussex supply and fit service
We supply and fit commercial fire doors across West Sussex, including Crawley, Worthing and Bognor Regis. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
Fire door rules in West Sussex
Fire doors in West Sussex sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
What do commercial fire doors cost in West Sussex?
Our guide for commercial fire doors is £850–£1,500 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for West Sussex are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
