Commercial fire doors in Guildford: how we work
Need commercial fire doors in Guildford? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Surrey, starting with a free measure survey in and around GU1. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Guildford is about 6 miles from Woking. Wherever your building is in GU1, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Fire door rules in Guildford
In Guildford, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
