Security fire doors in Gwent: how we work
We supply and fit security fire doors across Gwent, including Newport, Cwmbran and Pontypool. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
Fire door rules in Gwent
Wales issues its own version of Approved Document B, so new and replacement fire doors in Gwent are specified against the Welsh guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies in Wales, covering workplaces and the common parts of multi-occupied residential buildings, including flat entrance doors.
Security fire doors prices in Gwent
Budget around £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset for security fire doors supplied and fitted in Gwent, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
