What the law says in Gwent
Wales issues its own version of Approved Document B, so new and replacement fire doors in Gwent are specified against the Welsh guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies in Wales, covering workplaces and the common parts of multi-occupied residential buildings, including flat entrance doors.
Flat entrance fire doors prices in Gwent
Our guide price for flat entrance fire doors in Gwent is £1,250 to £2,300 per door including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.

Is the survey free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
