Getting fire rated glazed screens fitted in Norfolk
We supply and fit fire rated glazed screens across Norfolk, including Norwich, Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
Fire door rules in Norfolk
In Norfolk, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Fire rated glazed screens prices in Norfolk
Budget around £1,400 to £4,500 per screen for fire rated glazed screens supplied and fitted in Norfolk, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
Typical uses in Norfolk
