Certified fire rated glazed screens for Bedfordshire
Throughout Bedfordshire, including Luton, Bedford and Dunstable, we survey, quote and fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Which rules apply in Bedfordshire?
Because Bedfordshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of fire rated glazed screens in Bedfordshire
Our guide price for fire rated glazed screens in Bedfordshire is £1,400 to £4,500 per screen including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
