Certified fire exit doors for Norfolk
Our Norfolk service covers fire exit doors for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Norwich, Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn.
Which rules apply in Norfolk?
Because Norfolk is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of fire exit doors in Norfolk
Guide prices for fire exit doors in Norfolk run from about £1,200 to £2,200 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.

Fire exit doors in Norfolk: questions
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Norfolk?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in Norfolk. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you add outside access?
Yes, with outside access devices that are compatible with the exit hardware.
