Composite fire doors in Norfolk: how we work
We supply and fit composite fire doors across Norfolk, including Norwich, Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
What the law says in Norfolk
Because Norfolk is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Composite fire doors prices in Norfolk
Budget around £1,200 to £2,200 per door for composite fire doors supplied and fitted in Norfolk, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
The biggest price drivers are leaf size, glazing, finish and ironmongery; upper floors without lifts and restricted parking can also affect fitting cost.
