Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Staffordshire buildings
Throughout Staffordshire, including Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Burton upon Trent, we survey, quote and fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Fire door rules in Staffordshire
Because Staffordshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Staffordshire
Our guide for fire rated glazed screens is £1,400–£4,500 per screen fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Staffordshire are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.

How quickly can you survey in Staffordshire?
