Fire-Rated Screens & Fanlights for Newcastle-under-Lyme buildings
We fit fire-rated glazed screens and fanlights in Newcastle-under-Lyme and the rest of Staffordshire. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Our Staffordshire coverage includes Newcastle-under-Lyme and its neighbours Stoke-on-Trent, Longton and Kidsgrove; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Common questions in Staffordshire
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Newcastle-under-Lyme?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Which rules do fire rated glazed screens in Newcastle-under-Lyme need to meet?
They are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Can screens be very large?
Size limits depend on the screen system's evidence. Larger screens may need intermediate mullions or transoms.
