Fire door rules in Bedfordshire
Fire doors in Bedfordshire sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Riser cupboard fire doors prices in Bedfordshire
Budget around £550 to £950 per single doorset for riser cupboard fire doors supplied and fitted in Bedfordshire, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
