Stairwell fire doors in Merseyside: how we work
Throughout Merseyside, including Liverpool, Birkenhead and St Helens, we survey, quote and fit doors onto protected stairs and escape routes as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Regulations for stairwell fire doors in Merseyside
In Merseyside, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Merseyside?
Our guide price for stairwell fire doors in Merseyside is £850 to £1,400 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
