Stairwell fire doors in Heswall

Certified stairwell fire doors for Heswall

Fire Rated Doors supplies and fits stairwell fire doors in Heswall, Merseyside. Whether it's a single replacement or every door in a block, we start by surveying the openings and end with a handover pack listing each doorset and its certificate reference.

Heswall is about 7 miles from Liverpool; we cover both, along with Bebington, Birkenhead and Flint.

Regulations for stairwell fire doors in Merseyside

Because Heswall is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.

What do stairwell fire doors cost in Heswall?

Budget around £850 to £1,400 per single doorset for stairwell fire doors supplied and fitted in Heswall, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.

We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
