Fire rated glazed screens in Leamington Spa: how we work
We cover Leamington Spa and nearby Warwick for fire rated glazed screens, with surveys booked around your building's access and occupancy. Each door is quoted individually, so you can see what every opening costs and why.
Leamington Spa is about 17 miles from Nuneaton. Wherever your building is in CV31, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.
Which rules apply in Leamington Spa?
Because Leamington Spa is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of fire rated glazed screens in Warwickshire
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Leamington Spa run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.

Your questions answered
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Leamington Spa?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
How quickly can you survey in Leamington Spa?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Leamington Spa visits with other work in Warwickshire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Do you remove the old doors?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset in Leamington Spa.
Steel or timber screens?
