Getting fire rated glazed screens fitted in Worcestershire
Our Worcestershire service covers fire rated glazed screens for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Worcester, Redditch and Kidderminster.
Fire door rules in Worcestershire
In Worcestershire, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Worcestershire?
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Worcestershire run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
