Our Powys supply and fit service
Throughout Powys, including Newtown and Brecon, we survey, quote and fit fire door closers, hinges and hold-open devices as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Which rules apply in Powys?
Wales issues its own version of Approved Document B, so new and replacement fire doors in Powys are specified against the Welsh guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies in Wales, covering workplaces and the common parts of multi-occupied residential buildings, including flat entrance doors.
