Fire Exit Doors for Powys buildings
Our Powys service covers fire exit doors for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Newtown and Brecon.
What the law says in Powys
In Powys the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
Fire exit doors prices in Powys
Expect roughly £1,200–£2,200 per single doorset for fire exit doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Powys quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
