Your questions answered
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
How quickly can you survey in Dumfries & Galloway?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in Dumfries & Galloway. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you fit just one door?
Yes — from a single door to a full building.
Can I use an FD60 door where FD30 is required?
Yes — a higher rating meets a lower requirement — but it is heavier and dearer, so we only recommend it where the location calls for it or you want a margin.
