Certified composite fire doors for Hertfordshire
Across Hertfordshire we handle composite fire doors for single doors and whole-building programmes alike — survey, fixed quote, certified doorsets and careful installation.
Fire door rules in Hertfordshire
Because Hertfordshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of composite fire doors in Hertfordshire
Expect roughly £1,200–£2,200 per door for composite fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Hertfordshire quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Guide prices assume straightforward access; out-of-hours working or difficult access is priced as a separate, visible line.
