Regulations for riser cupboard fire doors in Somerset
Fire doors in Somerset sit under English rules: Approved Document B sets what goes in, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 covers keeping doors effective in non-domestic premises and shared parts of residential buildings, and the 2022 regulations require regular door checks in residential buildings taller than 11 metres. Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
What do riser cupboard fire doors cost in Somerset?
Our guide for riser cupboard fire doors is £550–£950 per single doorset fitted, ex VAT. Quotes for Somerset are fixed once we've measured, and include removing and disposing of old doors where they're being replaced.
