Riser & Service Cupboard Doors for Leicestershire buildings
Throughout Leicestershire, including Leicester, Loughborough and Hinckley, we survey, quote and fit fire-rated riser and service cupboard doors as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Which rules apply in Leicestershire?
New and replacement fire doors in Leicestershire are specified under the Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B. In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.

Common questions in Leicestershire
Can you fit just one door?
Yes — from a single door to a full building.
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Is the survey free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
Can riser doors be flush to the wall?
Yes, flush doorsets that match the corridor finish are common.
