Our Loughborough supply and fit service
If your fire risk assessment in Loughborough has flagged doors to replace, we can schedule, quote and fit fire-rated riser and service cupboard doors to match its recommendations. Surveys in LE12 are free and quotes are fixed and itemised.
Whether your building is in central Loughborough or on its edges towards Coalville, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.
What the law says in Loughborough
Because Loughborough is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Guide prices in Loughborough
Expect roughly £550–£950 per single doorset for riser cupboard fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Loughborough quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
