Common questions in Forth Valley
Do you cover Alloa?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit FD60 fire doors throughout Alloa and the rest of Forth Valley, including FK10 and nearby Stirling.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Alloa?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Alloa?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Can I use an FD60 door where FD30 is required?
Yes — a higher rating meets a lower requirement — but it is heavier and dearer, so we only recommend it where the location calls for it or you want a margin.
