Questions about FD60 fire doors in Cumbernauld
Can you fit just one door in Cumbernauld?
Yes — from a single door to a full building. Where possible, small jobs are scheduled alongside other visits in Lanarkshire.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Cumbernauld?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Cumbernauld?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Can I use an FD60 door where FD30 is required?
Yes — a higher rating meets a lower requirement — but it is heavier and dearer, so we only recommend it where the location calls for it or you want a margin.
