Our service in Middlesbrough
Whether your Middlesbrough building needs one replacement fire door or a full programme, we survey, quote each opening with its certificate reference and fit to the manufacturer's instructions.

Fire door rules in Middlesbrough
New and replacement fire doors in Middlesbrough are specified under the Building Regulations 2010 and Approved Document B. In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.
North Yorkshire runs from York's historic centre and student housing to Teesside's industry and Harrogate and Scarborough's hotels.
