Riser cupboard fire doors in Gwynedd: how we work
Throughout Gwynedd, including Bangor and Holyhead, we survey, quote and fit fire-rated riser and service cupboard doors as complete certified doorsets, with the manufacturer's certificate reference on every quote.
Regulations for riser cupboard fire doors in Gwynedd
In Gwynedd the specification follows Approved Document B as published for Wales, while day-to-day duties to keep fire doors working come from the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The England-only door-check regulations of 2022 don't apply in Wales, but regular checks remain good practice and are expected by fire risk assessors.
What do riser cupboard fire doors cost in Gwynedd?
Expect roughly £550–£950 per single doorset for riser cupboard fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Gwynedd quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
Each quote covers the certified doorset, standard ironmongery, fitting, removal of the old door and a handover record; anything outside that scope is shown as a separate line before you accept.
