Getting riser cupboard fire doors fitted in Oxfordshire
Our Oxfordshire service covers riser cupboard fire doors for flats, HMOs, workplaces, schools and homes, including Oxford, Banbury and Abingdon.
Fire door rules in Oxfordshire
Because Oxfordshire is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
Cost of riser cupboard fire doors in Oxfordshire
Our guide price for riser cupboard fire doors in Oxfordshire is £550 to £950 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
