Our Norwich supply and fit service
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Norwich, we provide fire exit doors with panic hardware with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
We cover Norwich and the rest of Norfolk, with surveys arranged around your building's access and occupancy.
What the law says in Norwich
Because Norwich is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do fire exit doors cost in Norwich?
Our guide price for fire exit doors in Norwich is £1,200 to £2,200 per single doorset including fitting, ex VAT. Non-standard sizes, veneers, vision panels and access control push towards the top of the range.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
