Which rules apply in Cornwall?

Questions about FD60 fire doors in Cornwall
How quickly can you survey in Cornwall?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine visits with other work in Cornwall. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Can you fit just one door?
Yes — from a single door to a full building.
Can you work around tenants or staff?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Is there an FD60S?
Yes. FD60S doorsets have tested smoke seals as well as 60 minutes of fire resistance.
