Our Braintree supply and fit service
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Braintree, we provide fire and security rated doorsets with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
Braintree is about 24 miles from Southend-on-Sea. Wherever your building is in CM7, we arrange survey and fitting dates around access and occupancy.

Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.
Security fire doors prices in Braintree
Expect roughly £1,600–£3,500 per single doorset for security fire doors, fitted, ex VAT. Your Braintree quote is fixed after survey and itemised door by door.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.

Security fire doors in Braintree: questions
Which rules do security fire doors in Braintree need to meet?
They are specified to Approved Document B (England) and your fire risk assessment or fire strategy. We confirm the rating of each door at survey.
Do you cover Braintree?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit security fire doors throughout Braintree and the rest of Essex, including CM7 and nearby Witham.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Braintree?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Can any fire door be made secure?
Adding security hardware to a fire door without evidence can void its fire rating. Choose a doorset certified for both.
