Security fire doors in Witham: how we work
Need security fire doors in Witham? We supply and fit complete certified doorsets across Essex, starting with a free measure survey in and around CM8. Every quote lists each door, its rating and the manufacturer's certificate reference, so you know exactly what is going in before anything is ordered.
Witham is about 19 miles from Southend-on-Sea; we cover both, along with Maldon, Braintree and Chelmsford.

In workplaces and the common parts of blocks of flats, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 makes the responsible person keep fire doors in working order, and in residential buildings with a storey above 11 metres regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 adds quarterly checks of communal doors and annual checks of flat entrance doors.

Budget around £1,600 to £3,500 per single doorset for security fire doors supplied and fitted in Witham, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
