Which rules apply in West Glamorgan?
Wales issues its own version of Approved Document B, so new and replacement fire doors in West Glamorgan are specified against the Welsh guidance. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies in Wales, covering workplaces and the common parts of multi-occupied residential buildings, including flat entrance doors.
What do riser cupboard fire doors cost in West Glamorgan?
Budget around £550 to £950 per single doorset for riser cupboard fire doors supplied and fitted in West Glamorgan, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
