Which rules apply in Eltham?
Because Eltham is in England, the starting point is Approved Document B for the specification and the Fire Safety Order 2005 for ongoing duties. Blocks with a storey above 11 metres also fall under regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022: communal fire doors checked at least every three months, flat front doors at least every year.
What do fire rated glazed screens cost in Eltham?
Guide prices for fire rated glazed screens in Eltham run from about £1,400 to £4,500 per screen, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
Made-to-measure sizes for older openings, vision panels and upgraded hardware are the usual reasons a door sits towards the top of the range.
Where fire rated glazed screens are used in Eltham

Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Which rules do fire rated glazed screens in Eltham need to meet?
