Common questions in County Down
What does a Castlereagh quote include?
Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Do you remove the old doors?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset in Castlereagh.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Castlereagh?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Can screens be very large?
Size limits depend on the screen system's evidence. Larger screens may need intermediate mullions or transoms.
