Questions about fire rated glazed screens in Lisburn
How quickly can you survey in Lisburn?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Lisburn visits with other work in County Antrim. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
What does a Lisburn quote include?
Survey, certified doorset, ironmongery, installation, removal of old doors and a handover pack. VAT is added at the standard rate.
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Lisburn?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Does a fanlight above a fire door need to be fire-rated?
Yes, if it is part of the fire-resisting wall or door assembly. Ordinary glass above a fire door defeats the door.
