Timber Fire Doorsets for Castlereagh buildings
We fit timber fire doorsets in paint, laminate and veneer in Castlereagh and the rest of County Down. The process is simple: we survey and measure each opening, propose a certified doorset for it, and give you a fixed price. Fitting is booked once the doorsets are made, usually with no door left out of action overnight.
Our County Down coverage includes Castlereagh and its neighbours Belfast, Newtownabbey and Lisburn; tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.

Common questions in County Down
Will I get certificates for the doors fitted in Castlereagh?
Every doorset is listed in your handover pack with the manufacturer's certificate reference, plus an installation record and photos.
Can you work around tenants or staff in Castlereagh?
Yes. We phase work in occupied buildings and keep escape routes available. Each door is planned to be removed and replaced the same day; if that isn't possible, the opening is made secure and we tell you in advance.
Is the survey in Castlereagh free?
Yes. We measure and schedule your doors at no cost and send a fixed, itemised quote.
Can a timber fire door be trimmed on site?
Only within the limits the manufacturer's evidence allows, usually a few millimetres. We prefer made-to-measure doorsets so no trimming is needed.
