FD30S fire doors in Lichfield: how we work
Looking for FD30S fire doors in Lichfield? Our supply and fit service covers WS13 and the surrounding area, including Burntwood and Tamworth. We quote complete doorsets — leaf, frame, seals, hinges and closer — because that is what the fire certification actually covers.
Where possible we combine Lichfield surveys with other visits in Staffordshire, such as Burntwood and Tamworth, which helps keep survey dates flexible.

FD30S fire doors in Lichfield: questions
How quickly can you survey in Lichfield?
We arrange surveys around your access needs and, where possible, combine Lichfield visits with other work in Staffordshire. Tell us your preferred dates when you enquire.
Do you work for landlords and managing agents in Lichfield?
Yes. We can schedule doors flat by flat, send quotes per property and invoice the managing agent or freeholder.
Do you remove the old doors?
Yes. Removal and disposal of the old door and frame is included when we replace a doorset in Lichfield.
Do smoke seals stop the door closing?
They shouldn't. A properly hung FD30S door closes and latches under its closer. If seals are crushed or the door binds, it needs adjusting — a door that fails to latch is a failed fire door.
