Acoustic Fire Doors for Wallington buildings

Wallington is about 10 miles from London; we cover both, along with Carshalton, Sutton and South Croydon.

Which rules apply in Wallington?

In Wallington, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.

Acoustic fire doors prices in Wallington

Guide prices for acoustic fire doors in Wallington run from about £1,100 to £2,000 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.

Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.

We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
