Certified acoustic fire doors for Purley
For landlords, managing agents, businesses and homeowners in Purley, we provide acoustic fire doorsets with one fixed quote. A free survey comes first, then a door-by-door schedule, then installation to the manufacturer's instructions and a handover pack for your records.
We cover CR8 and the surrounding area, including Coulsdon. Tell us your postcode and preferred dates and we'll confirm a survey slot.
What the law says in Purley
In Purley, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
Cost of acoustic fire doors in Greater London
Guide prices for acoustic fire doors in Purley run from about £1,100 to £2,000 per single doorset, supplied and fitted, ex VAT. Size, glazing, finish and ironmongery move the price, and the survey quote is fixed.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
If your fire risk assessment lists specific doors, send it with your enquiry and we'll price exactly those openings.
Where acoustic fire doors are needed
Studios and music rooms and medical consulting rooms are among the most common settings for acoustic fire doors, in Purley as elsewhere.
