Fire door installation in Wallington: how we work

Whether your building is in central Wallington or on its edges towards Carshalton, survey and fitting dates are arranged around your access needs, with occupied buildings worked in planned phases.

Higher-risk buildings — 18 metres or seven storeys with two or more homes — also come under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Budget around £750 to £1,150 per FD30 doorset for fire door installation supplied and fitted in Wallington, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
Central and inner London work can cost a little more where parking, loading restrictions or out-of-hours access apply; we show any access costs as a separate line.
