Timber fire doors in Falkirk: how we work
Getting timber fire doors right in Falkirk means choosing a certified doorset for each opening and fitting it exactly as tested. That's the whole service: survey, schedule, certified doorset, careful installation and the paperwork to prove it.
Where possible we combine Falkirk surveys with other visits in Forth Valley, such as Alloa and Cumbernauld, which helps keep survey dates flexible.
What the law says in Falkirk
Fire doors in Falkirk follow Scottish building standards for new work, with the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 covering duties in workplaces and other non-domestic premises. Shared residential buildings may also be covered by licensing conditions, for example for HMOs.
