Getting stairwell fire doors fitted in Rutland
We supply and fit stairwell fire doors across Rutland, including Oakham. Every job starts with a free measure survey and ends with a handover pack listing each certified doorset fitted.
Regulations for stairwell fire doors in Rutland
In Rutland, as across England, Approved Document B governs new work and the Fire Safety Order 2005 governs existing premises. Note that Approved Document B is removing the BS 476 fire-resistance test references on 2 September 2029, so specifications are moving to EN classifications such as E30 Sa.
What do stairwell fire doors cost in Rutland?
Budget around £850 to £1,400 per single doorset for stairwell fire doors supplied and fitted in Rutland, excluding VAT. We price each opening separately so nothing is hidden in a lump sum.
We show each door's price separately, so if budget is tight you can phase the work and start with the doors your fire risk assessment prioritises.
